Coach Jay is driven by her passion for seeing others succeed. Jay was a high school athlete who enjoyed sports and physical activities. After college, she decided to pursue personal training and slowly learned that helping others feel good about themselves fueled her fire. Coach Jay has competed in bodybuilding shows and plans to continue her bodybuilding journey to a pro card.
During COVID coach Jay was one of many of the frontline healthcare workers who were hit hard during COVID. She worked long hours providing care to those who were sick and in renal failure. Many of these patients were patients who had no knowledge of health and fitness , or nutrition and some had illness that could have been prevented at early stages if they had only the resources to help themselves. She decided that she wanted to do more than help others who were sick. She wanted to help women prevent illness through health and wellness. She was determined to provide others with the tools to help their health and continue to live a life not connected or strapped to machines.
Coach Jay's passion is helping her members gain the results they seek. As a woman herself, she was always told to do cardio cardio cardio. What about if women wanted to lift weights? Squat 200Ib, or have muscles? Maybe women wanted to be strong instead of skinny. So she set out to change the way women view fitness.
